Farewell New England's Shores is one of my favorite recordings featuring a straight ahead flute and guitar sound. This cd was recorded direct to the master with no edits so what we played is what you hear. In essence a "live" recording. My old "Bog Barons" bandmate Danny Noveck does an outstanding job playing guitar on this cd back in the days before he became a fiddle player. People who enjoy hearing a solo instrument with great backing will really enjoy this CD. This cd also contains several of my own original tunes and features the initial release of my often covered composition "The Return Home".
