Have Ye This One

Album Art:
Have Ye This One

Label: Empty Pockets Productions
Year: 2003
Price: See below.

Have Ye This One? contains 30 tunes that you'll hear at most traditional Irish music sessions. Many of these tunes were passed on to me by my dear old friend Phil Moloughney (RIP). Each tune (except the two waltzes) is played three times: first slowly and with no ornamentation; then a little faster and with traditional ornamentation; and then at session speed with advanced ornamentation.

So, whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player, "Have Ye This One?" has something for you. For details, contact Skip at skip@skiphealy.com.

"A great resource for beginning, intermediate, or advanced flute players who want to build their repertoire. Skip's concept of playing each tune three times with increasing complexity makes this a great tool for helping musicians develop their ear for ornamentation and variations."
-- Brad Hurley, Guide To The Irish Flute
