Number or letter = closed hole, no number or letter = open hole
1 = Left Hand Index Finger
2 = Left Hand Middle Finger
3 = Left Hand Ring Finger
LT = Left Hand Thumb
LP = Left Hand Pinkey
4 = Right Hand Index Finger
5 = Right Hand Middle Finger
6 = Right Hand Ring Finger
RT = Right Hand Thumb
RP = Right Hand Pinkey
(LT) = optional Left Thumb for support.
(lt) = optional Left Thumb for support. Leave open for intonation.
(LP) = optional Left Pinkey for support.
(lp) = optional Left Pinkey for support. Leave open for intionation.
(RT) = optional Right Thumb for support.
